Answers to more questions for investors

We want to make sure all interested parties in our project learn all they need to know, please contact our company; if you or any one you represent has questions.

How would you describe the competitive landscape in this industry?  How attractive or forgiving is it?

I would describe the competitive landscape in real estate for Western North Dakota as an emerging market.  It is very attractive, and has a good long term business prospect; initially we will develop residential properties that have the potential to generate immediate return on investment upon completion of construction and then will be resold.   We will then take proceeds from sale to supplement equity investment of second residential property that will be held and rented as an income producing asset, while seeking long term appreciation.

Why did you choose this particular business?

My wife and I chose this particular business because the North Dakota Bakken region real estate offers diversification.  As with any investment, stocks, bonds and buying and selling apartment buildings, there is a risk that the value of your investment will go up and down. That said, over time, real estate values have appreciated.

What is something the successful incumbents are able to do to compete?

Successful incumbents that have been able to compete in the local industry were able to leverage out of state financial assets as investment capital.  They put a lot of time and effort into building up relationships and trust with local government and business within the Bakken region.
